The new SONOS Arc Ultra has three levels of speech enhancement: Low, Medium and High. HA regonises the new Arc Ultra and controls it fine. But speech enhancement is a switch. Turing it on/off toggles the Low mode only. I can’t find a way to select medium or high. If I select, say Medium, in the SONOS app on my phone, then toggle speech enhancement off/on using HA, it sets the enhancement back to Low.
I think the logic for the different levels is simply missing in HA since all previous soundbars just had on/off.
it’s not a personal attack or anything like that… It’s more that we didn’t get any updates om this bug and we’re just wondering what the status was right now.
Much appreciated for all the work that all you spend on this to get is work the way it should be!!
looking forwards if/when this will be implemented.
By the way the toggle now indeed turns on only the low setting (and only that, the medium and max can’t be selected) and the off switch doesn’t work at all.
Thanks again, and will be keeping an eye on this thread
thanks PeteRage. for clarification with switch fixed, you mean the working of turning on/off the speech enhance, not yet the changing low medium high setting fo the speech enhancement, correct? Just to ensure I am not searching for something that is still hopefully to come somewhere down the line.
