Sonos Connect with Home Assistant

Hi

Just a quick question, in the HS documentation for Sonos Integration it states:

" The Sonos integration allows you to control your Sonos wireless speakers from Home Assistant."

I was just wondering if that includes the Sonos Connect? Can the Sonos Connect be integrated into HS?

Hi, if you mean the digital amp for use with separate speakers then the answer is yes. I have one integrated although it was called the “Connect Amp” at the time I bought mine.

It shows up as a media player via the Sonos Integration.
