Sonos : sonos.snapshot not working

I tried to use sonos.snapshot but it dit not work. My automation stopt at this command. I never expririanced this kind of problems in HA so i have some questions:

  1. Where do i find errors, logging?
  2. how can i debug automations?
  3. Is the sonos.snapshot also available for sonos v1 devices?
  4. Are there guides for having sonos.snapshot to get working?
