One of my sonos devices starts playing by itself every day at 5.10pm there are no triggers, no automations, nothing I can see as to what causes it.
Is there anyway to have a trace set up to see what triggers it?
There are no automations/alarms set up on any app and music assistant says it’s coming from Spotify, but Spotify app has no music playing even though it’s clearly the source.

nope. nothing. thats what i meant by any app. i’ve checked everywhere. which is why i want to see if theres a way to trace it via home assistant as that shows the song playing etc.

Regarding traces, they’re produced by automations that have been triggered. You said none of your automations are responsible so their traces are unlikely to be useful.
Scripts also produce traces but something must execute the script, at 5:10 PM, for it to be worth your time to investigate your script traces.
Apologies I’ve been away and only just found the answer. Turns out someone in my house has pressed yes on an alexa device to set up a routine.
When the speaker kicked in today it announced it and my partner was in the room and she told me what was said so I could get into the alexa app and found the routine.
Deleted it. Problem solved!
