I have been an HA user for a couple of years but in the last 6 months I have not been able to deliver the assistance I have offered.
I have been a careerer for the last 8 years, looking after my Mother and another two oldies through the COVID times.
After which I have offered support to other users and have not delivered.
I hope that you can understand and accept my apologies!
