Space issue during fresh HA install on old windows laptop?

Following this script from YouTube to install HA on an old Windows laptop

When I enter the ubuntu commands to copy the HA image off the USB to the PC, I get a disk error for out of space. The drive has my old win 10 installed on it, nothing else i need, and its capacity is 465G. I believe this process overwrites the disk so I dont know why i get a space issue. The target disk has 2 partitions but guessing that doesnt matter? Or does it? I can easily format the drive first if thats the right course of action. I think the drive used to have bitlocker on it but it seems to be fully removed from what I can tell. Any other thoughts on how to get past this final step??? THanks in advance. These simple problems seem to take a lot of time to resolve!

The ubuntu step is unnecessary if you have a working PC anywhere.
Basically, follow the official instructions

Even following those instructions you need Ubuntu unless you are pulling the drive out and directly connecting it. Anyway thx for the reply, followed a similar video and got it working while using ubuntu to flash the drive.
