What am I missing if I get the following message, I can’t figure it out. I followed the instruction to the letter 
I am having the same issue. Did you figure it out? From time to time the music I have in Spotify is showing up but if I try to play something I get the same error.
I can play music from the Spotify app, which is then displayed correctly in Home Assistant.
