I recently added Spotify integration. The integration went well, now I see Spotify integration in HA and it has one media player entity. But the entity does not show any controls like changing the source, volume etc. Also I see around 10 other entities which are just showing as disabled.

The controls only show when I have a source selected. Try playing music from that account and see if it changes.
The alexa I have is listed there, because it is logged in with that account and probably because it is a wifi speaker.
When I have music playing then this is what I see, It is showing the album cover and other information about the music playing. but does not show any controls.
update: I believe I need premium account to control. Here is a snippet from documentation
A premium account is not required, but recommended. Premium accounts can be controlled (pause, play, next, etc.), while free accounts can only be used for browsing and current playback status.

You must have a Spotify Premium account in order to control the Spotify player. The following functions (aka controls) will NOT be available with a Spotify Free account:
The only thing you can do with a Spotify Free account in HA is display what is currently playing. You could still control the player via any of the Spotify apps (desktop, mobile, web) though - just can’t control it from HA.
