SSH Banner / MOTD on Hassbian?

Anyone know what is creating the login screen you’re greeted to in Hassbian? I’ve looked in all the places I’m aware of for that configuration and cannot find it!

SSH is enabled and the default password for the 'pi' user has not been changed.
This is a security risk - please login as the 'pi' user and type 'passwd' to set a new password.

If you are still looking, this information is configured in /etc/update_motd.d and then displayed to the user via /var/run/motd.dynamic.
