SSH from Terminal Permission Denied

I am trying to connect with SSH. I enabled the “Terminal & SSH” addon, created an ed25519 key on my computer, added port 22, and tried to connect from the terminal, however the connection gives me permission denied. If I add an use a password then it works.

This is my terminal output

Did you ever get this working? I’m experiencing the same exact issue.

Yes!. In the Config tab, add some password and enable Port 22. The documentation says the user is root - I was initially trying with my owner account.

So from CMD - ssh root@
