I have two stale Sonus POWR-D320 modules still showing up in the Devices list and in the States list, and two additional real ones that will not show up at all and integrate, even after totally uninstalling the eWeLink add-on and opting to delete all of its data. I cannot seem to get rid of these stale Entities, one evidently a duplicate of the other (with a “_1” suffix tacked on). I also get the error message:
This entity (‘switch.1002XXXXXX_1’) does not have a unique ID, therefore its settings cannot be managed from the UI. See the documentation for more detail.
What options do I have to clean this up? Sonoff claims the device is on the HA supported list.
The solution was that I actually needed to use the SONOFF module instead. After installing it, I was able to correctly configure it and delete and uninstall the old, no longer needed eWeLink and associated data. Everything I need can be done through the SONOFF install that works well with the POWR D-320 modules.
