Is it possible to use a remote car starter and Hass to start my car so when I’m leaving home, I click a button and the car starts. Does anyone has a setup like that?
Mu Toyota Prius already does that? I step on the accelerator & press a button to boot up its computer systems and it is ready for me to drive. 
Actually, I meant Home assistant would press the button for you oops

I can pre-heat my LEAF from a button in HA. Yes, it’s possible but depends on the capabilities of your remote starter.
How would it know when to do that?
Unless you live somewhere cold enough to need to defrost the car, please don’t leave a fossil-fuel car running unnecessarily. I have that capability on my other car, but would only ever use it when I’d otherwise be forced to run it stationary with me sitting in it to de-ice then de-mist windows.
