I have my 5 airconditioners in HA via Smartthings.
This works really fine, except the status (on) when HA is restarted is lost. So for HA the aircons are all off, even if they are on.
Why is this ?

No problem but I have Zero clue how ST presents air conditioners across that interface… won’t be much help.
No problem.
In the meantime, I have written the necessary automations to keep track of the status of the air conditioners and to restore them after restarting HA.
