Hi i have installed hass.io . my pi got an IP address.
But i want to change the IP address to a static one.
I have tried the USB method. it does not seem to work .
I am also having problems with the CLI way also can someone help me
The easiest way is to assign the Pi an address in your router’s DHCP server.

Agree. Fix ip based on Mac address.
@tom_l @Piggyback note that setting a fixed address on the router is not the same as setting a static IP address. Installing an add-on like Pi-hole will cause issues if he uses your method.
