When clicking on the entry to check the details, I see
Is this discrepancy expected?
Status is not the same as state. A status of “-” means “no problems”.
Ahhhh, thank you! Now this is clear.
In hindsight, I could have realized this myself: I often quickly scan this column to find entities that have an unexpected status.
