I think I may have found a bug possibly on the connection between home assistant and the pipeline to the home app through the homekit bridge.
Has anyone else seen this?
Essentially I have a cover group in home assistant passed to home app through the above means.
Physically the blind group is open, the home assistant app shows open but the home app shows closed and always shows closed. As in, I have never seen the overview screen change the icon/ state name to anything but “closed”.
The tilt angle two levels deeper in the home app device setting, does mirror what is happening physically.
As in if I change it to closed down, the home app shows the angle changing to -90 degrees in real time. However on the overview screen, it is always “closed”.
0 degrees is fully open
When I click on anything on image 1 or 2 to try to change the status. It does nothing. When using the slider on image 3, it physically moves the blinds. The photos are from apple home app. All status/ sliders work properly in home assistant.
