Stereo microphones in ESPHOME (INMP411 + EPS32)

Hi!
Has anyone managed to connect two INMP411 microphones in stereo mode with ESP32 S3?
Documentation in esphome allowes for this, but phisical is imposible (in my opinion). Anyone try this?
