"Stop"-Button for Velux roller shutters/blinds via KIG300-Gateway and within HomeKit Controller

I have some Velux roller shutters which I added to a Velux gateway (KIG 300) to control them with the Velux app “VELUX ACTIVE”. HomeAssistant suggested to integrate this gateway via HomeKit Controller Integration, which I did. Now I can control my shutters (up, down, position slider) with the exception, that there is no “stop”-button.

Unfortunately the service cover.stop_cover doesn’t work either (e.g. in a script) so there is no possibility to stop moving cover at desired position. Set position with percentage works (slider), but this is not intuitiv especially for my wife.

As for the obvious: get a new wife.

I have a similar setup and defined a couple of scenes for the roller shutters. Buttons on the dashboard or Siri will call the scenes.

Hi,
I have the same request. Any news ?
In the Velux app there is a stop button when a shutter move.

Thanks

Hi @ all!

Same here … For me it’s about controlling the Velux Window via KNX wall switches. I want/have to use a one button HMI … so it’s about open/stop/close.

Same issue here.

I have configured a KIG300 over HomeKit integration and it works like a charm exept for the ‘stop button’ feature.
Any workarround or planned feature realease for fixing this?

Regards!
