Strange group behavior

Using HASS for years now but confused about below group behavior.

A sensor in a group of sensors reports off. Normally this result the group to be off but the group still reports on.

Any ideas? (on hass.io 84.6)

No. it never did that.

Any entity that is on in a group will cause the group state to be on (OR logic).
