Stream Internet Radio through Respeaker with HA ?

Hi

I’m using a Respeaker Core V2 for my voice assistant (SNIPS). As I don’t want to add extra hardware as Respeaker Core 2 is well enough powerful for that, I’d like to use it too to stream internet radio controled by HA. I was thinking using VLC in command line mode on Respeaker and then control it from HA but it looks like HA is only able to control “local” VLC. Any idea how I can do that ?
