British police is providing a really nice API for accessing their street level crime statistics. It would be lovely to take adventage of this by having a UK version of “Crime Reports” component.

Bumping this as i’m looking into the same thing at the moment,
I can get the data via API through Node-Red but wondered if anyone had a custom component or was working on an integration? It uses Latitude and Longitude which is already available in homeassistant. so i’d assume it’d be a number of http get requests and merging the data then splitting it into various sensors
Found this python library so should be able to make an appdaemon app or custom component. I’ll give it a go in a couple of weeks
