Stuck at the splash screen bc keyboard blocks button

Hi guys,

having issues with the iOS app. Version 2019.1. The app opens, shows for a milisecond a dialogue box to enter the external URL. This dialogue disapears and I am stuck at the spash screen bc the keyboard is probably hiding the “next” button.

Please help. Reinistalling/Rebooting/etc. did not help.

With/Without Wifi/LTE no change.

What version of iOS are you running?

I had issues with the on screen keyboard doing stupid things in apps on iOS v13.0 but later minor version updates fixed this.

I am on iOS v13.3.

I solved it. Tricky, but worked. I touch screen above at the phone and slided a bit into the screen. That brings up the dialogue for a split second. Than be fast, tab on dialogue on the screen with your finger. Thus it stays on top. Now type in the URL and press enter.
