Clear your cache and refresh?
Yep, I cleared the cache and App data. I even removed the app and reinstalled it. Rebooted the tablet.
I still got the same “custom element doesn’t exist” message.
Not sure then. Does it work in the browser? Not 100% familiar with how the android app is built, but I know the ios app was basically a browser. It’s there an android update available?
Did you ever solve this? I assume the issue is the old system browser on the Fire… but hoping you have better news
