Stuck on GNU GRUB on boot

Hi,

Last time I rebooted my Home assistant OS (which I do around once/wk) it now gets stuck on this screen and I can’t move forward. I have no idea about GNU GRUB but googled “ls”, which gives the list on screen. I am unable to get anywhere further.
It is an Intel PC with Home assistant OS

How did you get this resolved?

I replaced the SSD. So thankful i have daily cloud backup.
