Stumped with Custom Integration Install

Trying to integrate https://github.com/teharris1/insteon-panel.git into home assistant. Go to HACS, do custom repository, but HACS reports
‘<Integration teharris1/insteon-panel> Repository structure for 0.0.1b3 is not compliant’

PLEASE HELP!!! I also have GITHUB desk but I’m lost.

You don’t install that directly. I think it’s installed automatically as part of configuring the Insteon integration. From the manifest.json for the Insteon integration:

@lorcott Did you install the Insteon integration? Per the note from @rccoleman, Insteon panel is installed automatically when you do that.
