Suggestion for a controllable alarm siren

Hi,
I have many motion sensors in the house. I need a siren that i can use together with the hass manual alarm. Any recommendations ? I imagine something i can trigger with mqtt or if not i could make something simple with a ESP. Anybody done that ?

I’ve pretty much done the same as here:

Only I’ve placed the siren in a dummy Yale box so it looks less diy.
I’m using door and window sensors to trigger the alarm, not me motion sensors.
I have an Amazon Fire 7 as control panel (though I also use ios notifications on my phone /watch to further automate arming / disarming)
