Sunny Tripower 5000TL-20 - into HA

I have a Sunny Tripower 5000TL-20 (yep since 2014)
I don’t seem to find a way to get the data into HA… The SMA Integration always returns “couldn’ connect”… (whatever boxes I select or not)
→ the IP address is correct
→ I do know the PV Password…

I dom get results in the Web through Sunny Portal… so the Inverter IS transmitting and the data is real… but how can I have it downloaded to HA?

Would appreciate help…
