Has anyone been successfull in adding the Sunricher HK-PLUG-A (Robbshop plug 3680 Watt plug with energy recording)?

I have the same question. Im able to add it, but I am not able to get any power or current readings.
A little disappointed.
(I use a Conbee II).

I have the same plugs and have the same issue. Hoping someone can tell us what we are doing wrong, but afraid it just won’t work.
