Where does HA pull the time associated with Sunrise and Sunset?

Unless things have changed in the past two months, from the sun component of core:

I would assume they are calculated based on the lat/lon for your location. NOAA and others publish the formulas NOAA calculator
And the height of your location is used to refine this.
