Hassi says sun will rise at 6:08am
Google says 07:58
longtitude and attitude are set, and I have checked them in google and they are correct. elevation is 96 metres and time zone is Europe/London
Any thoughts?

You could look out the window tomorrow around 7 in the morning
Joke aside, it is difficult to say when we don’t know where you live exactly, but why should Google be wrong… From your time zone I would guess you live in England and then the Google suggestion seems correct to me.
It seems like there’s a time-offset somewhere and a strange one at that (-01:50). I’m not familiar with hass.io but it’s like the local system clock needs adjustment.
Confirm correct sunrise time reported here for UK, 0757hours, exactly the same as Google.
'tis a problem with your clocks.
Checked again this morning:
Setting In 10 hours
6:15 PM
Rising In 22 hours
6:09 AM
10 hours from now is 6:15 so it knows it’s 8:08am now but doesn’t know the correct setting time as google says 4:40pm
Really odd and annoying as if I can’t fix it I’m going to have to apply weird offsets all the time.
Any thoughts?
What time zone do you have set in config yaml? Also, what time zone is set for th O/S you are using? I am going to guess it’s not HassOS? It looks to me like your O/S has the wrong Timezone set.
It’s on a clean raspberry pi 3 with hassos install.
Time zone is set to Europe/England in the config.yaml file
When connecting I am connecting via Wi-fi on my Mac to the pi and my Mac shows the correct time.
