I see in the dashboard there are updates about supervisor and operating system. Is it possible to update both of them directly from the dashboard with HA running? I am still running 0.104.3

I have just updated the system to 3.9 and not the core from the dashboard and everything is working fine. Now I got system v.3.9 and core 0.104.x.
All is working.
