Supervisor panel won't load (just spins) - can't update

Hello,

New here, and have tried searching for similar issues, but can’t seem to find a solution. I am inexperienced when it comes to home assistant.

The supervisor panel in Home Assistant will not load, and therefore I don’t know how to get access to update my version of Home Assistant so that I can use the mobile companion app with remote access (nabu casa).

When I click on the supervisor panel there are no error messages and I only see the spinning progress icon.

Here is the system health information:

Is there a way I can update my system without access to the supervisor panel?

Thank you for any and all help. If you can please help with step by step instructions on things I should try.

Like you, I’m a new user to Home Assistant. I installed on a raspberry PI 4, following the instructions for installing directly. The supervisor panel does not appear at all. Did you find anything out?
