Support covers with `tilt_position` in HomeKit integration

HomeKit doesn’t support setting the tilt orientation, only the ‘normal’ orientation.

Would be great if HomeKit would also support;SUPPORT_OPEN_TILT, SUPPORT_STOP_TILT, SUPPORT_CLOSE_TILT, SUPPORT_SET_TILT_POSITION to set orientation of blinds.
