Support for Custom Apps/Skills in Voice Assistant

Hi everybody,

I would like to suggest adding a feature to Home Assistant that allows users to create custom apps or “skills” that can be supported by the Voice Assistant. These apps could be developed and shared by the community, similar to how Amazon Alexa works with its skills.

Details:

Custom Apps: The ability for users to create their own functions and applications for the Voice Assistant to expand its interactivity.

Community Contributions: Users could share their apps on a community platform, allowing others to install and use them.

Example Applications: These apps could include a variety of features, such as fun trivia games, personalized news or even interactive learning games.

Easy Integration: A simple framework for creating and managing these apps that would allow developers to quickly get started without requiring deep technical knowledge of Home Assistant.

You can import those to your instance and then expose it to assist.

I was thinking more of something that involves a continuous conversation. For example something like https://en.akinator.com/ with Home Assistant voice.
