It would be very useful if HomeAssistant could “talk” to EEBUS capable devices (e.g. Vaillant Heat Pump, SMA Inverter etc.) via SPINE/SHIP protocols. There are community integrations for integrating Vaillant Multimatic (GitHub - thomasgermain/vaillant-component: Multimatic integration for Home Assistant (NOT compatible with sensoAPP)), but communication via EEBUS would be far more efficiant, less error-prone, and independant from the cloud. More information regarding EEBUS: https://www.eebus.org/
Somehow it seems like EEBUS ist not really taking off.
There appears to be recent work towards getting talking to EEBUS via SHIP GitHub - enbility/eebus-go: EEBUS protocol implementation in go would be nice to bring this to home assistant
Loxone also recently integrated Vaillant heat pumps via EEBUS SHIP.

That would indeed be very welcome… hopefully someone picks it up here…
Have there been any new developments concerning EEBUS and Home Assistant?
Hi is there an update about eebus and home assistant?
I want to connect my vaillant arotherm plus over eebus with my home assistant to use Solar power at daytime or a range where the heat pumps still active and do not cycle.
