Support for enocean 10 bit temperature sensor and presence sensor

I would like to add support for Enocean 10 bit temperature sensors and a presence sensor.
There are two questions on potential existing work:

  1. Are there some community provided extensions which already support these? Maybe I missed something with my internet search.
  2. There are only few tests covering the enocean component. Is there test code outside of the ha_core repo which covers more of it?
