Support for Heatit Z-DIN 616

Hi,

Would it be possible to get heatit Z-DIN 616 relay module supported in z-wave integration?

Z-DIN 616 seem not be listed in OZW database either. I am currently using older Z-Wave integration.

Hi,
I have changed my setup to use OpenZWave by ZWave2Mqtt on RPi3 and running HA in VirtualBox.
Z-DIN 616 is not in supported devices list yet and I haven’t tested inclusion without support.
From Heatit I got info that they have sent sample devices for making integration, so maybe it is going to be supported some day.
I tried inclusion once in older Z-Wave integration in HA directly, but device wasn’t really usable then. So currently I have unused device waiting for possible support and I am planning to test it if supported in OZW.

Hi,

Yes. This has been supported for long time in Z-Wave JS. It is recognized as Logic Group ZIF5028, which is similar to Heatit Z-DIN 616.

I saw that Qubino also has DIN modules. Any reason you went specifically for Heatit?
