Ohhh, I think I just figured out why this happens, are you using the latest stable release of XT or the latest beta?
For now, please use the latest beta, it should work way better!!
I’m currently writing the doc on how to configure the locks in HA using XT, I’ll update this post with the new documentation as soon as it’s finished

Hi @azerty9971
Sorry for the late reply but I moved house and was unable to set my server until yesterday.
Tested with the 3.0 beta and the opening button is working great!
Thank you so much for your contribution

Hi,
I’ve got an issue with lock. I managed to Lock and Unlock via Alexa commands (created scriprs), however I just found out that in Xtended Tuya there is an option to Lock/Unlock door, but when I click on the button it sends me error message Failed to perform the action lock/lock. ‘bfe1be3f228a283107jawd’

Hi, did you enabled the lock properties like told here:
Hello,
To be able to operate the lock itself from HA you need to subscribe to the “Smart Lock Open Service” (free) on the Tuya IOT platform :).
To do that:
Go to Cloud → Cloud Services:
Then in the list, find “Smart Lock Open Service” and click the “Free trial” button (on the right):

Once that’s done you should be able to operate your G30 lock from HA if you have configured the IOT Cloud credentials in Xtended Tuya.
Have a nice day,
Azerty

Hi, The reason it wasn’t working was my expired trial.
I did extend trial for another 6 months following these steps:
https://support.tuya.com/en/help/_detail/Kc3n6kr7kllhc
After approval it works fine now.
