Listed at the Matter spec1.3 announcement below under “User Experience Enhancements”, are these features supported already?
If not is there a GitHub issue or similar I can follow?

Scenes in Matter need support for Matter groups to be useful and AFAIK no smart home platform supports creating native Matter groups and sending only one message to all the group (groupcast).
Most smart lights in the market are on Matter 1.0. Many even have issues with basic features like gradual transitions, so I’m not really convinced we’ll see working Matter scenes anytime soon, but hope to be wrong!
The specification is confusing by the way, in more than one place it says the Scenes Management cluster is provisional (so vendors may not even pay attention to it) while in the revision history it says “removed the provisional status”. Anyone knows if it is actually provisional or not?
