The robot vacuum Xiaomi S12 Roborock (mod. B106GL) is not supported by the Xiaomi Miio integration. How should integrate it into home assistant? Thanks

I am also trying to use it in homeassistant

I managed to make it work with: GitHub - al-one/hass-xiaomi-miot: Automatic integrate all Xiaomi devices to HomeAssistant via miot-spec, support Wi-Fi, BLE, ZigBee devices. 小米米家智能家居设备接入Hass集成 although it does not show many information and I do not have acess to the map

I used that integration and my S12 appears but it’s allways disconnected and therefore unusable. Did you do anything or just downloaded it from HACS?

Hi!! anyone has been add Xiaomi S12 amd works well ¿? i have the same problem. if i want add this vacumm, can’t connect.

Hi, I was using S12 since the last year. Couple of days ago I am facing the same issue with connection by token. I tried to rollback the HA core and Miio HACS plug-in but did not get it to work. I do not really understand what the issue can be. Did you make it to work?

After spending several days/hours, I haven’t been able to get it to integrate either. It would be nice if it had official integration.

Hey there,

I purchased a S12 earlier this week, I struggled a bit to integrate it into my HA setup, but what TopKiller suggested earlier 100% worked. I can start / pause / stop / dock the vacuum robot, and even set the fan speed.

I’m thinking about buying the S12… after setting it up with Home Assistant, can you block its internet access and use it 100% locally?
