Support Google Assistant Smart Doorbell API

Google Assistant now has APIs for handling Smart Doorbells, which then allows tighter integration such as allowing calls with the Nest Hub (versus the current just casting camera model).

It would be very cool if Home Assistant had support for supplying the doorbells connected to it (such as the Dahua ones) to Google Assistant as Smart Doorbells entities.

This would allow us to convert “dumb” doorbells into “smart” (which is how Google calls them) using HA.

Just finished exposing my Amcrest AD110 to homekit as a doorbell, works great on my Apple TVs. I would really love to have this natively appear in google home as well for my google minis… Right now I play an announcement but it disrupts any on going playback, using the doorbell object would be much better.
