I’m want home assistant support Siri and HomePod to assist voice without HomeKit

You need to make that request to Apple instead.
When they agree to it, then HA can start to implement it.

The assist with ai it amazing control if I think of combine for this engineer like Siri or HomePod this is crazy result.
