Dear All, id be grateful of some assistance, I tried Swann on live chat, but the chat bot refuses to put you through and is on a permanent loop…
I have 3 x Swann DVR Systems on 3 different properties on 3 different internet providers, all worked fine and viewable by 3 phones with app and on desktop until 2 days ago, nothing has changed in their configuration, yet they will only load if you are at the site on the internal LAN network, but wont load on the WAN network remotely when out.
Is this an update by Swann that’s knocked all 3 out at the same time or a change of DNS server by the provider, it is really frustrating as we rely on them for peace of mind.
