With the second model of the Philips dimmer, is it possible to switch lights with the “Hue” button and have the up and down buttons adjust the lighting? one click up to turn it on to the minimum, two clicks to turn it on to the maximum and press it up to gradually increase. Up button to turn on with previously set brightness. And the same for the bottom button
