Switch Bticino does not update its state

I connected my Bticino system to Homeassistant.
From Homeassistant I can control the switch, but if I turn on the light from the physical light switch, on Homeassistant the light status is not updated.
Only if I start Homeassistant when the light is already on can I also see on Homeassistant that the light is on.
But if I turn off the light from the physical light switch, on the Homeassistant, nothing changes.
What can I do?
