Hello,

At the start i don’t want to pay the subscription to Nabu Casa. Now, after many month of DuckDNS, port forwarding and DIY google integration i decide to switch. My Helix Fi router send me security alert every day and in th log of my router they are a lot of attack on my Port forwarding so i want to secure a litle bit more.
Now, i can’t acces HA localy. What are the step i need to do in order? Desable port forwarding or delete my DNS? I will still be able to log to HA via Nabu Casa.
When in the process I can get back my local connection via http://IPadress:8123/ ?

This assumes no reverse proxy is being used: Stop and then delete the DuckDNS addon. Remove your port forwarding rules from your router. Then check that they are really gone. I can not stress this enough. I changed a running config in my router but forgot to save it. This led to the port forwarding being reinstated after a router reboot, which led to people still trying (unsuccessfully) to attack the open port.
