I have 3 buttons switch from Neo Coolcam which creates 4 switch entities in Home Assistant (button 1,2,3 and whole switch button). When I try to control the switch from Home Assistant, switch reacts properly and is switching correct button on/off. But when I am pushing the buttons physically on the switch, it is propagated to Home Assistant all the time as 4th switch entity (whole switch) regardless which of the buttons I am pressing. Therefore I am not able to see in Home Assistant which of the 3 buttons I clicked.
I am newbie to Home Assistant so have no clue how to troubleshoot, could you please direct me somehow?
It’s this device - https://www.cd-jackson.com/index.php/zwave/zwave-device-database/zwave-device-list/devicesummary/1147# - which is not present in OpenZWave database therefore I have added it manually by editing manufacturer-list.xml in Home Assistant and after adding it was recognized properly, but the behavior is still the same…
