Switch replacement

Hello all

As part of my preparation for winter, i ensure that all my heating elements are working

During this preparation I discovered that my fibaro switch was died.

I replaced it with a shelly 1 plus witch enabled me to remove the dry contact that the fibaro switch needed to work.

I did replace the entities on all my home assistant automations and mt node red flows with the new entity.

Although I have no enabled automations, scripts scenes or no red flows, yet the pellet stoves witch turns on at a specific time.
If i look at the log it just says “Pellet Stove turned on triggered by service Switch: Turn on
07:30:17 - 2 hours ago - Supervisor”

I do not know where to find this trigger to correct it and stop it to turn on the pellet stove

Thank you for any assistance provided

The supervisor context would tend to suggest Node Red.

@tom_l

Thank you for your quick reply.

In no place in any node red flow is the switch invoked. I looked at this.
In my call service nodes i specify area “Living Room” i specified device and entity and the expression is “on”

This is why i am stumped

Once again thank you for taking time off your weekend

My climate service node is triggered by a current state node that check temperature and if i’m home.

In this flow the current state node for temperature is triggered and no action is passed to the call service node.

Could not be because i have specified a room

no the is not the case.

To add to insult to injuries

I today started to have with a shelly plug (that has been working well for several months) now this plug is turn off after circa 5 minutes.
I truly do not know that trigger these shelly devices to act like this
