I have several Yeelight lights connected to Home Assistant, which when disconnected from power source, show up as ‘Unavailable’.
I have tried several different power plugs configured as switches (Orvibo, TP-Link, Xiaomi) and these don’t seem to report ‘Unavailable’ even if you physically disconnected from plug.
If you try turning the switch on, Home Assistant does it and then right after turns it off. Sometimes these even appear as on, when not even connected.
Is this something that can be “fixed” in Home Assistant? Sometimes your home users decide to take the plug out and you have no way of guessing it…
