The WSDCGQ11LM device mentioned in the log is your Aqara button then?
Why would a simple button be expected to supply data like temperature, pressure and humidity? Maybe there is something wrong with the your entity definition. I’d say troubleshooting gets easier if you share it and the automations that rely on the button - it is quite hard to find the cause just from the log entry.
Here’s the code, but I don’t see anything that can cause this issue :-/

Hi, I don’t have an explanation right away but I’m also curious to why this happens with zigbee.
Is this light only controlled by that button, no motion or anything else?
I had a light in the kitchen that switched on sometimes over night.
Now, I have an automation that turns it off - when the house is in sleepmode - and the light is on for longer then 10 minutes.
I switched from deCONZ with a Conbee II to z2m with a sonoff P dongle and I don’t see this behavior anymore.
You could check if every time the light is on, there is some kind of action/log entry at the same time.
I wonder if some kind of interference (Wi-Fi, your zigbee coordinator) plays a part in this.
From what I have discovered, the Sonoff P dongle seems to be a more attractive option.
I bought the Conbee II when starting my zigbee adventure and although my network was working well enough, I wanted to switch to zigbee2mqtt because of it’s extended capabilities.
Though not very likely, but could it just be pure coincidence that the two events happened at the same time? Have you checked if the error is logged every time when your light comes on or was this an observation you just made on the last occurrence?
I will try to check that out next time. It happened again a couple nights ago. But I went back to sleep and I forgot to check the log when I woke up… sigh
